I think you will agree that it’s very hard to achieve a goal if you don’t have a clear idea of where you are heading.
Over in our Momentum group we are starting a new focus in May whereby we hone in on what we want to achieve in the month ahead and then we have some group accountability about actually getting it done! That way we don’t feel like we get to May 31st and wonder where the time went! ☺
The best way to do this is to write down no more than 3 main goals for the month and then break each of those goals into 3 steps – these will be overall steps – you can refine the detail later. The point is to have a reminder that you can refer back to whenever you feel like you are wandering off target, plus you can tick things off as you go. Always a great feeling, or is that just me?
